FITAthletics offers training to youth, post-collegiate, and masters Track and Field athletes. We offer coaching instruction and supervision for all Track and Field event areas. FITAthletics is a USA Track and Field Club. We offer practice and coaching services through our club to protect high school and collegiate eligibility of our youth clients.

In addition to direct Track and Field coaching services, we also offer personal training for strength and conditioning. Our strength and conditioning training services include proper instruction and supervision for weight lifting (Olympic lifts, power lifts, and auxiliary lifts), plyometrics, core strength, and related speed and speed-endurance conditioning.

Online Training Schedules

One-on-one Personal Coaching Sessions  
(minimum of 1 session / week)
Includes: training schedules, on-line video library, and one-on-one coaching
$30/session
Youth Coaching  
(small group of 3-5 athletes only)
Includes: on-line video library and group coaching
$10.00/session/athlete
