FITAthletics offers speed, agility, and conditioning programs for youth Soccer players. Our program is designed to develop and enhance player skill in the following areas: acceleration, deceleration, maximum speed, sprint mechanics, reaction time, directional change, balance, and general coordination.

In addition to on the field skill development, we also offer personal training in the areas of strength and conditioning. Our strength and conditioning training services include proper instruction and supervision for weight lifting (Olympic lifts, power lifts, and auxiliary lifts), plyometrics, core strength, and related speed and speed-endurance conditioning.
